We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Commercial Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Banbury site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with DCS Group’s objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, ensuring strong performance and development.
• Take ownership of P&L, driving profitability through effective cost management and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive growth.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and commercial business modelling.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
