Your Role as an Order Picker

As an Order Picker at DCS Group, your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurate Picking: Picking goods from inventory following instructions on scanners provided by our Warehouse Management System.
• Safe Palletizing: Stacking goods on pallets in a safe and secure manner, minimizing stock damage by considering product packaging during handling and palletizing.
• Stability Assurance: Building and shrink-wrapping products on pallets to ensure stability during transportation.
• Equipment Operation: Operating warehouse equipment in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal Order Picker will have:

• PPT Training: You must be trained to use a PPT and hold a current licence.
• Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working within a warehouse environment.
• Numerical Skills: Strong numerical ability to ensure accurate picking and handling.
• Team Focus: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
