To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to oversee our cleaning team for our Banbury Warehouse. 

Main Job Purpose:

Supervision of the cleaning team to monitor their adherence to their duties as directed on the warehouse cleaning schedules. Ensuring all Warehouse areas, Bendi charger rooms, Yard and External Rest areas are cleaned to a high standard and in an auditable state at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

 Regular pest control checks and activity reports.
 Cleaning all areas to a high standard.
 Spillage control and logging
 Baling of waste cardboard and plastic/reporting any baler issues
 Bi-annual high-level cleaning
 Order cleaning materials from Manager
 Logging of spillages
 Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
 Operate handling equipment safely and ensures regulations are followed.
 Maintain a high level of health and safety.
 Safe use of industrial sweeper and scrubber dryer
 Ensure all activities relating to medicines and medical devices are in accordance with Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products
 Ad hoc duties where required
