Through our fair, flexible and two-way process, our objective is to recruit the right people. Ensuring we both have ample opportunity throughout the process to make certain we are the right culture fit for each other.
Assessment
Our assessments are unique to DCS and help us determine if DCS is a good fit for you. The assessments are tailored in line with the requirements of the role, some examples; a basic maths test, PowerPoint presentation or an online psychometric profile. All details of what to expect will be fully outlined and explained during the recruitment process.
Interview
An opportunity to meet and to get to know you better and give us both a chance to ask questions.
You can usually expect an interview panel of two interviewers, which may be conducted online, via telephone, or in person. This is also an opportunity to get a more in-depth understanding of our organisation, the team and the role you are interested in.
Depending upon the requirements of the particular role, you may be asked to complete an online test or presentation and participate in more than one interview.
Telephone interviews tend to last around 30 minutes with online or in-person around 60 minutes, with always the opportunity for you to ask your questions.
Your interview confirmation will outline all the details you will need: job description, map, time, date, interview panel and any other relevant details.
